I grew up in a place where braids are the daily standard.
Bethelhem A. (Betty), the lead professional behind Shalom Braids, was born and raised in Ethiopia. Her passion for hair braiding started at a young age while watching her mother braid hair for their family. With a Cosmetology degree, Betty specializes in all types of braiding styles, including but not limited to, box braids, cornrows, twists, and more. She knows the ins and outs of all hair textures and types, ensuring her clients leave with a style that exceeds their expectations.
Beyond her expertise, Betty prides herself on creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. At Shalom Braids, Betty’s goal is to not only provide top-notch hair care services but also to build long-lasting relationships with her clients.
